Healthy Stocking Stuffers
As someone who eats a lot of hard boiled eggs on green salads, as egg salad, and any other way imaginable, I’m loving the new egg slicer my Mom got me recently! It’s not this exact brand, but it’s a cute chicken like this one and makes me smile each time I pull it out to use it.
While these might not technically be “healthy”, I’m putting them on my list of healthy stocking stuffers because I get them for my husband’s stocking every Christmas. And, honestly, I wouldn’t complain if he decided to stick a couple in my stocking this year, too. If you like Reese’s cups you’ll like this version that features fewer unidentifiable ingredients.
This handheld spiralizer and slicer would be perfect for anyone who doesn’t have a larger spiralizer, or even for someone who does but needs a smaller version for quicker spiralizing jobs!
I keep my bathrooms stocked with this natural essential oil toilet spray that leaves your bathroom smelling lovely. AND, it doesn’t leave your lungs burning like Febreze or other chemical laden sprays will. This is one of the best stocking stuffers and is sure to please anyone on your list – healthy or not.
What stocking doesn’t include a fun treat? Justin’s hazelnut butter is one of our favorite treats. It’s the same idea as Nutella, but a a cleaner ingredient list and much less sugar makes it a healthy stocking stuffer!
6. Apples and Oranges
Many fruits can make for perfect healthy stocking stuffers! My parents always used to put an apple and an orange in the bottom of our stockings.
This is the perfect stocking stuffer for the loose leaf tea fanatic. I’ve bought these a few times for fun gifts and they really couldn’t be any cuter.
We use our selfie stick all the time on long hikes, walks, or other outdoor adventures. It’s a great way to make sure those active moments are captured all year round, whether or not there is anyone else there to capture them.
My mother in law put one of the EOS lip shimmers in my stocking last year and I just love it! I rarely wear lipstick, but this shimmer feels great on and adds some extra shine for those of us who don’t take time to put on a full set of makeup every day.
Umm, Chipotle. Need I say more? It’s one of our favorite restaurants and probably one that any healthy eater or anyone with food allergies/intolerances feels comfortable dining at. And who (health lover or not) doesn’t love Taco Tuesday, anyway? Yep, it’s decided, gift cards are one of the best stocking stuffers.
My best friend got me hooked on this particular kind of Zhena’s gypsy tea. It’s absolutely delicious mixed with a bit of cream and a drop of honey or maple syrup! I also love Zhena’s Epgyptian Mint Green Tea which was the first variety I had tried in this brand. Green tea offers tons of health benefits that go beyond the caffeine boost. Basically, any teas (or coffee) are always fun stocking stuffers.
We used to keep several blender bottles on hand for mixing homemade dressings, occasional protein drinks, and other quick mixes. However, it really minimized extra things in our cabinets to switch to just having several of the mixing balls, which we use inside ball jars.
These socks are some of the comfiest you’ll find! Plus, they look super cute when you take your boots off. Maybe they aren’t entirely healthy, but everyone needs socks. Including your health nut friend.
Healthy Stocking Stuffers
A trip to the local grocery will also help you find numerous healthy stocking stuffers to fill out the stocking without too much expense. Like I mentioned, orange and apples are perfect for the toe, but many fruits could work. Other healthy stocking stuffers to consider include nuts, Larabars, sparkling water, and 85% dark chocolate.
