and I am a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about serving my family healthy meals and snacks. I love to help help busy women learn better ways to nourish and flourish in their role as mom and wife by teaching them easy and simple strategies to feeding their family well.
Since I love to feed my family healthful meals, but understand that you don’t want to spend hours upon hours in the kitchen, I’ve created a meal planning system so that you can stay organized, streamline meal planning, and have a less-stress dinner routine.
I can’t wait to help you make meal planning something you actually look forward to!
Most of us want to feed ourselves and our families well, but making it happen can be completely overwhelming!
Weeknights are busy, we put off deciding what to make for dinner, and it’s entirely too easy to scrape by with a half thought out grocery list at the last minute. Or maybe meal planning is so overwhelming you don’t even know where to start!
Our recipes are cluttered and live in a multitude of places (pinterest, recipe box, folders, email, etc) only adding to our chaos!
Whatever is holding you back, it can cause frustration week after week. Whether it comes out in stressful last minute decisions on what to cook for dinner or you wind up going through a drive through rather than cooking at home.
My complete meal planning and recipe organization system provides everything you need to organize your recipes in an efficient binder and a system that not only teaches you to meal plan, but is an easy and effective way to actually do it!
The binder is set up to make the process smooth and allow you to create a weeks meal plan in 5-10 minutes. It will help you answer those questions and stressors that plauge you at dinner – week after week!
I created my complete meal planning system because I needed a solution to meal planning in my own busy life.
First, I created the binder organization system. My recipes were stored in 3-4 various locations most of which were online. I found that it was way too much hassle and time to pull my recipe up online or sift through my recipe box. Dinner time for me is a a time when my toddler is usually clinging to my legs begging for a snack and crying to be held. I had no time to spare. I found opening a binder with recipes for the week already picked out in front is so much easier after a long day. And finding recipes for my week when they are organized in one place has made meal planning a breeze!
Next, I created an effective and efficient system for meal planning. This is the system I’ve used in my own home and tweaked over time. I may be a dietitian, but I used to despise meal planning. However, since creating my SIMPLE system that is fully incorporated into my binder I don’t dread it anymore!
Using my complete meal planning system, I can honestly say…
