One of my favorite things to do with Baby R are mommy and me workouts and yoga. In fact, mommy and me yoga (with him mostly laying on the floor) was one of the first ways I got back into postpartum fitness. It’s getting a bit harder these days as he is much squirmier. The yoga especially turns into our own kind of routine as he is literally on the go all day long. But, before he was crawling, we had a lot of fun with some of the yoga videos. Now, at 10 months old, I definitely get a workout if I’m lifting him up and down for an exercise video. And, he is almost always still content in a baby carrier, which makes some of these workouts a win on more challenging days.
