Pour water into the bottom of the Instant Pot. Place a steaming rack in the instant pot and line eggs on top.
Set Instant Pot to high pressure (manual) for 5 minutes. (It will take about 5 minutes to reach the correct pressure and begin cooking for 5 minutes.)
Let the instant pot release pressure naturally for 5 minutes. Then, finish with a quick pressure release.
Carefully open lid and place eggs (very hot) into an ice-cold water bath for approximately 5 minutes.
Peel and enjoy!
