Spicy turkey quinoa meatballs are perfect for meal prep. Chili powder, cumin, and frank's hot sauce give them a a delicious kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1.5 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Quinoa or uncooked rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into approx 26 balls. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature of 165° and meatballs are slightly browned.
