EASY Pumpkin Muffins for Baby (No added sugar!)
These baby friendly pumpkin muffins are sugar and flour free. Created by a Registered Dietitian they are sweetened with dates and are perfect for your little ones!

- 2 cups oats
- 1 1/3 cup pumpkin puree canned
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup medjool dates soak in water to soften if needed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- optional chocolate chips leave off for baby
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease or line a muffin pan.
Mix ingredients in a food processor or high power blender until smooth.
Spoon mixture into the muffin tins. If desired, add chocolate chips to the top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
