These healthy toddler cookies are free of added sugars but full of flavor. Oats, hemp, flax, and carrots provide lots of nutrition in these little cookies!
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Grind 3/4 cup old fashioned oats and 1/4 cup flax seeds into a food processor.
Add remainder of oats (3/4 cup), hemp hearts, shredded carrots, eggs, dates, applesauce, peanut butter, butter, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend in the food processor.
Drop onto a nonstick or slipmat lined cookie sheet. The recipe should make approximately 28 small cookies.
Bake at 375°F for approx 17-18 minutes or until cookies are thoroughly done and browned.
