No Sugar Toddler Cookies

These healthy toddler cookies are free of added sugars but full of flavor. Oats, hemp, flax, and carrots provide lots of nutrition in these little cookies making them the perfect healthy cookies for kids.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup Flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup Hemp hearts can sub almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Carrots shredded
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup Applesauce unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter or your favorite nut butter
  • 2 Tbsp Butter or Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Grind 3/4 cup old fashioned oats and 1/4 cup flax seeds into a food processor.
  • Add remainder of oats (3/4 cup), hemp hearts, shredded carrots, eggs, dates, applesauce, peanut butter, butter, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend in the food processor.
  • Drop onto a nonstick or slipmat lined cookie sheet. The recipe should make approximately 28 small cookies.
  • Bake at 375°F for approx 17-18 minutes or until cookies are thoroughly done and browned.
