Heat olive oil on medium high. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks. Cook until just done.
Add salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder, mixing into turkey well.
Add in frozen riced cauliflower. Cook until heated through and tender, approximately 4-5 minutes.
Add green onions, salsa, and black beans while continuing to cook. Just before removing from heat stir in cheddar cheese until melted and add spinach. Cook until spinach begins to barely wilt.
